fits smaller than other brands

New York and company. Fits much smaller than other brands. I can’t return so I’m stuck with these. Seller is third party, not macys.

I never received item

Do not recommend ordering from this third-party vendor due to not being able to receive item when UPS state said it was delivered and was not, and you cannot speak to the third-party vendor . You got only speak to the Macy’s rep who are unable to do anything due to this being a third-party vendor

Beautiful shoes!

After reading the reviews I went up half a size, and they fit perfectly. I love that the heel is made of a hard plastic and isn’t covered with “leather.” That’s the part of the shoe that always takes a beating, and it’s the main reason I had to buy new pumps. I’m hoping that it will help these last longer.
