seller refused refund

I do NOT recommend to anyone. Due to a disability I was unable to wear the dress. I reached out to the seller several times with no reply back. I contacted Macys directly and they messaged as well with no response from seller. I will never recommend or buy from the seller.

Loved the dress. Very beautiful. Fit is true to size. It didn't work for me because the shoulders were too wide for my frame, they stood funny.

I had order a size larger thinking that they may rum small but I had downsize , they are true size . I loved the fit, very elegant dress The color is perfect I received a lot of compliments !!
