poor quality

bad design its fickle in temp even tho it has a dial, its no use, the stainless steel is a joke it looks dirty on the counter top and it had scale almost instantly from the first 2 uses. this is a high end brand and it needs to perform better at this price point. I returned this item and do not recommend. Wolf get your act together
