Lovely toy, but a little loud
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my kids are big fans of Harry Potter and one of their favourite characters is definitely Dobby. I simply had to get this for them. My 6 year old daughter absolutely adores him. She even brought him to school, because she wanted to show him to all her friends. Dobby has a lot of different phrases, so you don't get bored straight away. And he sounds exactly like the real Dobby. The only small thing I'd love as parent, is a volume control. He can be a little loud.

Really cute

Nice but niche!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the sock feature is quite interesting and entertaining for a short while, overall the toy becomes repetitive even for an avid Harry Potter fan. If there was a more interactive capability the toy would be much improved. I was happy to receive this product for free but would have been disappointed if I had paid for it.

Son loves it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was kindly gifted this from Influenster, my son loves it. A perfect size for him to play with. I would never have thought to even look for one of these let alone buy one, but it’s worth the money. Has over 30 different sounds and phrases. His ears, eyes and hands move too when he talks to you, and with his sock he recognises it when placed in his hand. Such a fun and fab doll for kids. Especially Harry Potter fans!

Good but not as good as imagined
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to recieve this interactive dobby as my kids are Harry Potter mad. When we first opened it it was so easy to set up but we imagined it may interact slightly more or even on its own slightly but you have to press its hand for anything which got pretty boring after a while. It is now sat on top of my fish tank not having been touched in over 2 weeks.

It was love at first sight!

Apparently, in order to immediately take a better look, touch and evaluate part of the functionality. The toy itself is made of high-quality material, and the ears... I’m absolutely delighted with them, they are so pleasant to the touch that it was difficult to stop stroking them. Speaks two languages - English and French! Over 35 sounds and phrases - that's impressive! If your child loves Harry Potter, then he will definitely be delighted with such a gift!
