Cheap, Thin not worthy! Do Not Buy!

12.28.2024. These glasses are very thin, delicate and cheap. They look pretty but cheap. As I was removing them from the box they were so lightweight I could not believe it. I had to make sure they did not knock one another so they did not break. I should have returned them like I initially planned. We put ice in one glass it Broke immediately. A second glass broke at the base on Christmas Day. How I don’t know. The etching looks like it even cracked the glasses. I threw out the box already but I wish I had it to return the cheap breakable not worth the money glasses. Macys, you should be ashamed and refund me my money for these glasses. I do not recommend. You will be embarrassed when they break in front of your guest! Do not buy them.

Pretty, but different

They've changed the red color in these from the earlier design. I had 8 that had a deeper red tint for the stems, and broke one. These were a much lighter shade of red. Very pretty but definitely not a match!

They don't make things like they used to.

I ordered an additional set to replace two of the wine glasses that were broken last year. I don't know when the quality changed but the glasses I received are not as nice as the ones I have. The stems are much thinner, and the color is not as rich. They look nice but don't have the feel of the older ones. Very disappointing.

Glasses Will Last for Decades

I purchased these same glasses about 20 years ago and broken all but one. I was so happy to find them again. When I compared the new glasses with my 29 year old one, I couldn’t tell the difference. The quality is outstanding and they are beautiful.
