Poorly made

I bought two. Opened one after waiting for room rearrangement and decor done. Very small compared to expectation. Poorly made as it’s all staples which come out, so be careful where you walk. The other is in the original box and I am trying to return it.

Horrible service!

We bought this chair and it apparently got lost in transit and tried to get information on it and they are just telling us it will take an additional 4 days to receive it. Not letting us cancel it until it arrives. Just the bad service makes it not worth even seeing what the quality of this chair would of been.

Perfect guest room recliner chair!

Was able to assemble in 20 minutes (included walking the pieces up to a third floor guest room). Instructions easy to follow & pieces easily connected. Perfect size for the bedroom. Loved the blue color, the nubby fabric & the wingback look. Sturdier than I expected - I’m 5’5 & 156lbs & husband is 6’1” & 175 lbs and we both found it comfortable to sit in.
