Great simple to use love it! Highly recommend!

I purchased recently a very well-known name brand single cup coffee maker. Multiple times it was shut down on me. It was too complicated to clean I would only get a couple of cups and it would just lock up so I threw it over the balcony I didn't care about the warranty. This Willow has been perfect I love the cream color. I love that it's simple. And it makes the coffee extremely hot. Perfect so grateful. Sometimes a list is more! Very happy with this product.

My original purchase was months ago through the VA. When my product started to malfunction, I reached out and explained what happened. Shortly afterwards, I received a replacement coffee machine. Such a great product! And not the only appliance I from from Willow!!

My coffee came out weak I tried different k pods and the coffee still had a weak flavor also when you go to put the water with the cup is uncomfortable and it is difficult to clean I went to the Macy's store to return it and they would refund me
