Caveat emptor!!!

JUNK! Purchased in March, died in May. Company is unresponsive, Sent 3 emails and never received a response. I registered this product on the Willow website two weeks after purchase. They are not an honest company. They apparently have no intention of honoring their "one year warranty." This purchase was a total waste of money. Caveat emptor!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Well packaged, nice size but ON THE FIRST TIME I USED IT THE GLASS CONTAINER CRACKED, it didn’t shattered … I wasn’t expecting to last for years but on the first time of use …???? I already contacted the manufacturer but I haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Glass Bowl Air Fryer

This is an excellent appliance so far. The only thing I dont like about it is that it continues to run when its done cooking. I believe its cooling down, but it seems like it is still heating. I love that the vessel is glass and so easy to clean.

The beat glass basket

I bought this because of the glass basket - no plastic touches the food! Although it is not one of the recommended (nor discouraged) brands from my go-to source (America’s Test Kitchen), I m pleased with the over all function and features. The only part I don’t care for is the pre-selects for the type of food. You have to select a category before manually setting the temp and time.

Great Air Fryer

This is my first Air Fryer. The 5 quart size is perfect for a 2 person household. It doesn't take up too much counter space. Love the glass basket and stainless steel crisper rack. Heats up quickly and cooks evenly. It's not too loud. Love the presets but also love the ability to adjust the time and temperature. However, you can only adjust the temperature in 20 degrees F increments. Looks like I got the newer model with the power on / off button. It does runs for a few minutes after shutdown though in order to cool down. Don't be alarmed.
