2 baby William for sale, one does not play music!

I have bought seven or eight baby William stuffed animals for sale. Macys has two current listings for the same exact 8 inch William toy, which is supposed to be a sing-along toy. The one I received did not have the sing-along toy. When I called customer service. They were confused as well but they need to take down The extra one or correct the description so that the customer is not ordering the silent one as most kids like to have interaction with the toy that can actually make the sound.

Incorrect item received

I received the wrong item - the baby shark William Finn Friend plush did not have the sound. There were two options I purchased and paid for the plush with sound 8 inch. I did not receive it. Please credit me for this item or send me the item with the sound at no charge. The only reason I would not recommend it to a friend is because I received the wrong item.

Misleading

This is just a stuffed toy it DOES NOT play any music. It is still a cute toy(only if on sale)

DO NOT BUY!!!!! It arrived like a stiff animal, it DOES NOT PLAY MUSIC!!!! I am refunding this!!!
