14K GOLD HOOP EARRINGS

The image on the Macy’s App is much better than the product received. The product was not boxed for gifting, but rather the earrings were on a stand placed into a box. I doubt I’ll purchase jewelry online from Macy’s again.

Angry customer

The clasp came completely off while trying to put them in for the very first time. The tac weld, glue or whatever was holding the clasp to the body of the earring was not strong enough.

Pretty earrings but had to return. Posts were too big for my ears and hurt very badly.
