I returned mine for a different size. No problem

Too Heavy.

Shoes are really heavy to walk around the house. It feels like you have weights on your ankles. The inside is not very soft. I will keep for special times when needed for short periods of time.

These shoes look nothing like the picture.

These shoes look nothing like the picture. I came to the website to return them and just now finding out they are not returnable. That was not disclosed in the ad. Very disappointed in Macys.
