canceling the order

I purchase the shoes that was available on March 27 and kept waiting for delivery and when I checked the account today, I noticed it says "canceled" with no explanation or notification to me. WHY.? I would like to get that shoes that I originally ordered and according to your website it was available! This is a very bad service!

Shoes run about 1/2 size too small

Cute Shoes but run tight (in part because it's a pointy toe) so size up to increase comfort. I wish I had purchased 7.5 instead of 7. Not super comfortable.

Heel problems

I had to return them every step I took where the heel was. I felt it on my foot and they were not comfortable. Otherwise the shoe is very good looking and sorry I had that problem with it because I really like them.

Not true to size and can’t return

Shoes are nice looking. Not true to size, they are to narrow and 1/2 size to small. I wear an 8 and they are to small. The sad thing is no return or exchange and stuck with them. I do not like Macys exchange policy. It is not like it used to be and not to mention I lost my $20.00 star rewards I had used on my order.
