Missing pants

Very disappointed that I only received the hoodie no pants and since it was past the 30 days well I guess it's my fault for expecting the 2 piece set to be complete. No refund no replacement.

Half On-Line Order Received_where's the other half

I ordered on-line, a 2 piece women's velour jacket & pant. I received the order in 7-10 days. Unfortunately, I only received the JACKET. I received one half of the order and there was no statement included regarding the pant, or if it is to be shipped later, or if it's of stock, just NO COMMUNICATION. I waited for 5 days to see if the other half of my order was to arrive. There was none therefor, I began the Chat but came to no resolution with this option. I eventually made a phone call to the Macys rep on Feb 11, 2025. The man conversed with me well however, there were times I could not understand the accent. He stated that another order of the same item, size, and color will be shipped to me if I wanted. Another option was to request for a refund and return the 1/2 order that I received. If I were to reorder and do indeed receive the full order, I am to return the jacket I received the first time with a return label and package Macy's will provide. I requested to reorder the items and requested Gan email confirming the reorder and the details for the return, however, this I have NOT RECEIVED. I have no evidence this conversation and reorder occurred as of this date.
