Product Does Not Work

I bought this product in December, put it together and it does not work AT ALL. Complete waste of money. Tried contacting company and was told that I was outside the warranty window. Unhelpful and very disappointed. Wish I would have read the reviews first before buying.

Poor packaging design

Animal bar across the top that supports toys arrived damaged. Have not put baby in seat yet. Baby is 11 days old.

Doesn't work

A friend of mine bought this for us and said it would be a life saver because I work from home. It worked for a week and now it will turn on for about 6 seconds and shuts off. I tried everything. I would like to take it back, but of course I threw the box away and it was a gift so I don't have a receipt. What a waste.

Batteries

The swing that I have takes 4 AA batteries, they are hard to install and shifts when I move fast of bump against something,
