These patio/dining chairs are very good quality. They are heavy enough where the wind will not be blowing them over. I ordered the dark brown. Very nice looking. We put these together and had trouble with just the one screw, sitting in the chair on left side arm, we finally drilled out the hole to make just a tiny bit bigger. They did take some time to put together but are well worth it. They are very comfortable. We are using them by the lake on the patio.

The chairs are well crafted and beautiful. They are also truly comfortable. We love them!

Nice Chsirs

I love the comfort and the color. They are hot to the touch when in the sun. The heat soon goes away after you sit a little while. Expected a little more heat resistance, but I do like them and they look great. It’s nothing a cushion or towel won’t fix.

Good quality chairs and pretty easy to put together. I purchased 6 and got faster after each one. Very sturdy. Looks great around our fire pit. Would recommend. Should last forever!

A loyal customer for over 38 years

I have being a customer for years. I was not only disconcerted, but afraid of continuing with Macy's after I informed the customer service department that merchandize I ordered never arrived. They responded by writing that "as a retailer, we must balance the needs of the customer with protecting our business and our brand". The customer service department was also very dismissive of the situation by stating " While the outcome of this matter may be disappointing, we hope you understand the logic behind it." What logic are they talking about? What are the telling me? I have always being a loyal and trustworthy person and I am insulted by what the customer service is implying. I did my own investigating and saw that Macy's had another account in my name that I was never informed about or asked for it to be opened. An old e-mail address was also being used that I asked to be closed seven years ago. This is a very difficult situation and I will close the Macys account after it is resolved.
