Just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a new home with a great front porch. We wanted a comfortable porch set that would let us enjoy the new neighborhood without breaking the bank. This set was everything we hoped for!

3 piece set

Absolutely love the chairs, easy to assemble. However they do need thicker cushions for bottom and back.

Sub Standard Garbage Not Rattan Plastic!

The rattan was not facing outward when assembled, The smooth side of the pattern faces outward as if they manufactured it in reverse. Assemble was hard due to the fact that the screws did not line up with the threaded inserts. And yes, I DID NOT tighten the screws until all were inserted. I actually had to us e furniture vise to make the holes align! Called Macy's and they were useless. They want ed me to dis-assembly the furniture and ship it back to the vendor. They said they are giving us a 25% off coupon like the ones you get with your Star Rewards that cannot be used with most items or on sale items. The email never came as promised. In addition they said they will contact the Vendor to have them send me an email to determine if they will give us a partial credit. Been shopping Macys for over 40 years. The place has gone downhill. Contacting customer service is an impossible task and then you get someone who hardly cares. Products have become sub-standard!

Came well packaged and on time. Super easy to put together. These chairs are beautiful and sturdy.
