Westernhouse microwave

Hi good day i brought a westernhouse microwave from one of your supplier in Trinidad which is courts is the name of the company last year the microwave only work for seven months and stop heating and started to rust within six months inside i carry back the microwave to the supplier where they only fitting it and they refuse to change it for a new one I was disappointed about it which a microwave can't be rusting like that within some months i email you guys and you never get back to me about it

lasted less than 1 year

purchased oct 19 2023 for a christmas gift so wasent used till after christmas stopped working oct 25 contacted westinghouse on oct 27 about warranty they denied the warranty because it was 8 days past warranty even thou it was a gift not use for 2 months not impressed will never buy westinghouse junk again

Bad technical design

Any cooking time beyond one minute will cause the fuse to shut off, then you have to wait for over a minute for the fuse to cool down and reconnect. It heats very quickly and has no way to cool off during operation. It also accumulates a lot of moisture and and cannot vent it out.
