SmokeFire II EX4 24" Stainless Steel Wood Fire Pellet Smart Grill, Black
Product Details
Web ID: 20657191Can't cook over 400 degrees.
I got this because the temp range said 200 to 600 so I could smoke and grill. Every time I set temp to above 400, it will cook but then the next time I go to use it the igniter won't ignite. It seems it cooks the igniter if you cook over 400.

Honest Experience - Weber Customer for Life
I've done so many cooks with my EX4 1st Gen with great success and great comments about the meats I smoked and grilled. I wish it had the rotisserie option but my kettle one will take care of that.

Absolutely terrible
I've had mine for a year and I've experienced all of the following: rusted inside parts, thremal runway resulting in huge great fire (and charred brisket), jammed pellets, mid-cook software updates that fail and stop cooking for an hour+, lid that won't hold its own weight up, electronics failure, and terrible, fragile construction. I've give this zero stars if I could.

Excellent Pellet Smoker
Smoke fire is my first pellet smoker. Very easy to use after assembly, which has a complexity of medium. It monitors cooking and provides realtime dashboard via apple App. I chose Webber, as I have had great success with Webber grills and really like the stainless steel grid and flavor guards

Worst Weber I’ve Owned
I sold my Spirit and Smokey Mountain, with hopes this would be able to replace both of them, it has been nothing but headaches since buying it. It caught fire during the initial seasoning, and I had to have a few parts replaced right from the stars Since then, it has been nothing but trouble. Constantly loses the flame. I’ve ruined a few briskets and several steaks. Can’t cook above 450 degrees, despite claiming it gets to 600 for searing. I have never regretted a purchase more. I had such high hopes for Weber. Loved my Smokey and Spirit and wish I had them back.

Rusted out in 2 years
The grill has performed well and the app has improved a lot. The problem isn't the app with the awesome recipes and step by step instructions or the great temperature control. The robem is the materials that it was manufactured with The grill is all bit gone internally, the firebox amd all that supports it is completely shot and the temperature probe receptacles work sporadically. I've only had one temperature probe go bad out of six I have purchased. Overall I have gotten a lot of great food from this grill but IT IS NOT UP TO WEBER STANDARD OF QUALITY. I am pretty disappointed with length of service. It is similar to what you expected from cheap grills yu would by when just starting in adult life.
