disappointing

This is only my second time ordering from Macy's and unfortunately, I'm very disappointed reason being I thought this thermal outfit according to the pictures that I'm seeing online included the pants. Well it came only with the thermal shirt so that for me it was very misleading and it didn't come on time. I've always functioned under the premises of buying stuff off the rack, seeing it in person, trying it on etcetera. But I live in very remote rural area. So I thought I would try it. So I found out it is true what they say don’t order clothes online because you never know what you're going to get. So I won't be ordering clothes online again I haven't opened it I'm sending it back as soon as possible. I hope this helps !!
