Beautiful toasting flutes

These Waterford flutes were purchased as a wedding gift. They are beautiful and the bride and groom are sure to love them. But they are quite large & heavy. I doubt people buy a whole set of them to use at a dinner party (on New Year's Eve, for example). These seem like the kind used only for the most-special of occasions. I ordered them through Macy's and the first pair arrived with weird scratches in the glass on both flutes. Macy's was wonderful about replacing them quickly. Within a couple of days, I had the new pair. I simply took the original flawed pair to the store to complete the exchange. It was a very smooth, easy process. Kudos to Macy's.
