worked great for a while

Bought two of these for my boys Dec 2023. They both worked great for almost a year, then one stopped charging while docked. Now both of them won’t charge while on the dock, will only charge with cable directly plugged to the headsets.

Disappointed

Doesn’t charge on the docking station. It only charges when I plug in the cable directly to the device.
