Other occasion to buy:Smaller than expected, needs to be longer and heavier, can only heat for 1 minute, doesn't stay warm long.

Disappointing on the part of Macys

Purchased 5 of them and never received the order. Eventually I received an email saying my order was cancelled. Very disappointing.

Smells good when you heat up. Would be nice with it had straps attach. I bought this to help relief my knee pain but I have to sit still so it doesn’t slide off. Other than that it gets the job done
