Cute, but sizing is small; weird white stuff

Ordered the fuschia and loved the bright color... but I'm a regular size 10, and my foot filled every inch of these shoes and then some. The material is thin enough that you could see the outline of each of my toes jammed up at the end. Am concerned an 11 would be too big. And what's the white thin material glued to the bottom of the sole? Possibly slippery on damp sidewalks? It's a NOPE from me, unfortunately.

heavy and sizing is off, I have never worn an 11 much less a 10, but apparently I need an 11 in these so buh-bye, I don't want you.

Black Grease on Bright Pink Product

Well, I did receive the order very quickly .... However, the laces on one of the sneakers are covered in black grease which had to be noticeable to the shipper... who I might add is supposedly the manufacturer... Maybe Macy's needs to re-think who they allow to advertise on their website. Extremely disappointed .... Maybe they were packed by a mechanic.... Send new laces asap please...
