Damaged Furniture That They Would Not Replace

I purchased this TV stand and the door handle came damaged with a scratch and is not safe to touch. Macy's refuses the replace the part which would take me 2 minutes to replace, however, they stated that they need to replace the entire thing and have me ship the old piece back to them. It takes two people to carry and took five hours to assemble. Instead of just shipping me one piece that came completely damaged I would have to go through this entire hassle in order to just get a piece of furniture that is not damaged. Do not order this.
