Damaged

I received my package in a damaged condition due to leaking gel packs. I think the gel had leaked from the ice packs during transit, resulting in wet and damaged packaging. Unfortunately, this also affected the contents inside, causing visible moisture damage on the enclosed items. The protective measures were inadequate, and the situation could have been avoided with better quality control and packaging materials. Very disappointed with the handling of this shipment.
