Easily the best fan in my collection

My Vornado 5303 is the best for circulating the air in my room. I have a LOT of other fans in my room as well, but they are for different things. To me it sounds the best on 14, but other speeds are very quiet. Vintage fans are good, but this thing is very safe and uses way less power. I want another one because they're amazing! Thank you Vornado for producing my top favorite fans.

Great product

Bought this fan to replace an older Vornado model - this one is even better - great design, it’s very quiet, yet moves a terrific volume of air. Would definitely buy this again.

Powerful but no quiet

This fan is great at circulating the air but it makes more noise than I expected. I've been running it at half-speed and it's an unmistakable 'white noise' when sleeping. That could be a bonus for some people; it's neutral for me.

Circulates air well; tedious controls

The fan is on a 6’ high shelf, pointed toward center of the ceiling to simulate a ceiling fan to circulate air without creating wind directly on people and it works well in that function. The remote control is nice but the small increments to increase fan speed are too many and tedious to keep pushing + through over 30 speeds (I don’t know how high it goes). The control on the fan is the same. When I ordered the 6303DC I actually wanted another 633DC which was out of stock and not expected back soon. I would still prefer the 633DC which has a dial to change speeds — much more convenient.

Works great but why all the lights?

Works great, love the remote, the timer and all the choices of speeds. It's quiet on the lower speeds, but we haven't had to turn it up loud (yet...it's getting hotter). I like that it's Energy Smart. My only complaint is the constant lights. Even when the unit is off, the giant power button is lit up and when it's on, the display is always lit up too. It would be great if there was an option to turn off the lights because we have this in the room where we sleep. I don't know why everything has to have an "always on" light these days. If it doesn't turn on, I'll know it's not plugged in - I don't need a light to tell me! These lights are so bright I almost sent it back, but it works so well and I figured I can just tape over it. Would be nice not to have to, though.

SUPER quiet FAN

I have all three fans connected to smart switches and can turn them on and off with Alexa. These fans move so much air and run so quiet. I just may buy another one!!!

light easy to operate

comes with remote and powerful. Can lower temp in room a degree or two if placed near the door that leads to the A/C unit. My bedroom does not get good A/C flow.
