Awesome!

This arrived timely! I use it for the first time and it works! If waiting is not your stronger suit this gadget is not for you, because you have to wait a bit for the fat to settle on top, but it works wonder. Love that the Healthy Good broth comes from the bottom. A peeler came with it and it’s the kind that have various way to use. It’s a great addition to your kitchen gadgets and will definitely get a lot of use in our house, as we like soups and gravy kind of dish, lol ! I have to do it 3 times as it’s not big enough. If there’s one thing I would say negative about it is that I wish it came in a 8-12 cups capacity, so that you don’t have to do it several times when use for beef soup broth, and this will also save time on waiting for fat to settle. Wouldn’t it’ll be great if they make it for a bigger version ?!! I know I would buy it 😁 It is still great tools and still recommend them!

This worked great!

Purchased this item for holiday cooking. It was easy to use, and kept the extra fat from the turket drippings from the gravy I was making. The gravy tasted really good. It was easy to use, and easy to take apart to clean. Would recommend to people who like to cook.

Excellent and easy to use

Perfect kitchen item for separating fat from broth. My household loves my beef stews and this is perfect for making sure the soup comes out less oily. Also very easy to clean!

This gravy fat separator is great. Super easy to use, just take your juices and dripping and put them in the cup. Add it to the fridge to separate and then so that fat floats to the top and then pour out the nice gravy at the bottom. Works great and makes great gravy.

Nice addition to kitchen

This is one of those gadgets you didn’t know you needed. Very easy and super simple to use. High quality, lightweight, and doesn’t take up much room.

Awesome for making homemade bone broth!

This item is so convenient because I love to make chicken soup for the bone broth. Then I can strain off the fat and just have the broth so it is amazing and convenient and easy to store.
