Good Ingredients
I haven’t really noticed any changes in my body after using this for a while now but I like the ingredients and that it’s formulated to women’s health. The tablets are a bit big but not the worst to swallow. I like the ingredients. Probably wouldn’t buy again at the cost since I didn’t notice any changes from them.

This works, but could have unintended effects
Only giving three stars based on my experience, but it is important to know this will be different for everyone. I started taking this in the luteal phase only vs my entire cycle and did notice that it helped with mood changes and period pain. But, I also noticed a change in cycle length that I have never had issues with in the past. I have decided to hold off on using further until I can get in with my doctor. Decreasing negative symptoms throughout my cycle was a huge benefit, but having an unreliable cycle length from month to month is just not worth it to me. So, in short, this product works. It will have an effect, but it is important to understand why you are taking it and weigh the benefits vs cost. This will likely include a convo with a professional.
