Poor Design, Dangerous and Disappointing
As a design leader (industrial Design) - I am uncertain how this product was allowed to come to market. In addition to being unsafe - the repair package was absolutely ridiculous and unconscionable. If there was a way for me to get my money back i would promptly return this device.

Love my new AS 3500
I really like this new Vitamix. It is an upgrade from my previous basic model that I bought 8 years ago. However, I find the 64 ounce jar very big and bulky for my daily use. Would really prefer 32 or 48 ounce jar. It is perfect for daily use for a family. 64 ounce should be optional to buy it separately.

Using more of my garden veggies!
I made a soup with some tough greens from the broccoli leaves and stems in the garden just before the Vitamix arrived. After blending with our old Ninja, there were unpalatable sharp slivers of broccoli stem, so I was thinking it might just have to be composted. Then the Vitamix arrived and blended it all smooth and absolutely delicious! I'll be able to make better use of so much more of my garden veggies next year! And I'm making tomato soup in 10 minutes for super quick meals, and amazingly yummy zucchini soups with all the zucchini in the freezer from last summer, not to mention the occasional quick treats.

Big Power, Big Cleanability = Win for Big Fam
Perfect and flexible for our big family. We love the power, the programs, and the capability. With the programmed features and easy-to-clean capacitive touch display, we are comfortable allowing our younger children use this without fear of them spilling or accidentally forgetting to switch to high-speed and burning out the motor. This is now the most used kitchen appliance at our house with 'shake' being the preferred breakfast, snack, and often dessert now. The power and precision is appreciated, but the ease of clean is my favorite feature.

Best blender you'll ever own.
The best blender on the planet. My family griped about the price but fights over who gets to use it first. Easy to use, easy to clean and everything little thing it does is magic.

Best blender ever
This is the best blender I have ever used. It blends fruits and vegetables up so finally, but it is more like drinking of soup a chunky smoothie.
