I wanted so badly to loved these….

I REALLY wanted to love these! I first ordered them in black and was so disappointed when I put them on and felt like there was sand in the insole. It seems like a manufacturing flaw leaves small specks of rubber in the footbed, some in random places and others in the “seams”. I returned the black pair, reordered in gold, hoping the issue with the black ones was just a fluke, but the gold pair was the same way. Sadly, I’m returning those as well.

Walker Sandal

Love, love, love these for my daily walks and beyond. I prefer to walk on a track, but with these sandals, I can walk on hard surfaces without problems. They are perfect for the hot, humid weather near the Gulf of America. I also enjoy wearing them out and about. Will be purchasing again!

All day support and comfort

These are the active sandals I've been waiting for! I only buy Vionic shoes, and am sometimes disappointed with the arch support or cushioning. These are excellent on all fronts: support, cushion, comfort. I got the blue and will be buying another pair in a different color. Highly recommend!!

For pronators or high arches

I have looked for a walking sandal to take on trips for a very long time and found nothing comfortable. My feet are very wide with tailor’s bunions and not much arch left. Though I typically wear an 8, in sandals I like to go a half size smaller. The 7.5 wide works well for me but the arch was a deal breaker as it tilted my foot to the outside bunion. So I grinded down the arch and voila! They are pretty comfortable. More cushion than Chacos. Definitely casual or athletic. But don’t buy if you are a supinator.

Glad I Purchased

I purchased my normal size. I followed the Vionic recommendation and wore them around the house, for a couple hours. . At first the arch really got my attention and was afraid I’d need to send them back. It was more pronounced than my other Vionics but I think that’s a good thing. They were very easy to get use too and all good. I like the gold dressier look for sight seeing in Europe this summer. They will look good with capris, dresses etc.
