Very Cheap

The Back of the chair won’t stay up when you lean on it. You can’t adjust the chair to a sitting position and I really need the support for my back. The material is very cheap and not well done. The cushioning is very thin and will be flat in no time. All around a bad investment for the price. It should be one of the 29.99 chairs. First order and will not recommend.

AWESOME OFFICE CHAIR!!

I love this office chair, I bought it in white and it's super classy and attractive! The massage is a HUGE bonus. It was easy to put together for my boyfriend and it works just the way they advertise this chair should. I highly recommend if you've been looking for a while, or just started looking, to stop here and purchase this one - you'll be happy that you did! I know that I am and I'm hugely PICKY!

Horrible

This is such a cute chair but it’s horrible. It so uncomfortable. All you feel in the seat is a hard ball of wires and after 1 week it’s defective and leaning to the right. It doesn’t roll good. The back is not comfortable as it leans back so far. It’s just a weird chair. I paid nearly 300 and my butt is number after working for 30 mins. I literally gave it to goodwill. I’m waiting on a refund which needs to come a little faster.

Dual Purpose Office Chair

This chair is comfortable with reclining option and excellent massage feature. Impressed with the sturdiness and quality of the back/thigh/neck massager. Would be an ideal office chair for less than 6 hours use.

Very good customer service!

It was very easy to put together. It's pretty comfortable & having a massager is a plus. There was a little scratch on the backside of the seat & 1 of the screws is a little misaligned with the hole so I contacted the seller & I have to say the customer service is better than I expected. They'd been very helpful & understanding & very promptly on responding. I would recommend it!

Very Comfortable - Massage Feature Great

First off, very happy with the chair. It was a birthday present from my wife and replaced my 20 year old executive chair. For the price it's very comfortable with plenty of cushioning. I like the fact that I can lean back in it or lock it in the full upright position. The range of heights is very good. (I'm 5'7" and it fits me perfectly). The massage feature is nice at full intensityand certainly worth the price.
