HORRIBLE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just opened this package that was received today, excited at the Vince dress that I purchased at such a good price. I couldn't be more disappointed because this dress looks NOTHING like it does online and of course, the unfairness of the non-returnable aspect has me fuming! This dress looks like a sack of fur, it is shapeless and the neckline is not like it appears on the picture, this thing is up to my chin, too big, and longer than it appears online. How do you expect to have people shop online, then when it doesn't fit or is not what you expected, have to accept the non-returnable disclaimer! I'm very disappointed, not only at the loss of my hard earned money, but at the loss of my time looking and shopping on your site. A bargain is not a bargain if the money is wasted. This one will have to be donated, and I will not make another purchase at this site again.

Definitely a returned item drenched in perfume

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't keep the dress on long enough to see how it looked because it reeked of perfume in the collar particularly. Either someone bathed in perfume before trying it on, or it was worn and then returned. I felt physically sick from the smell and took it off immediately. Hoping I can return it because it's outrageous to send obviously used and smelly clothing
