Frustrated

The salesperson did not take the security tag off so when I got home I found it and called- they said I would have to go to closest Macy store with the receipt and have them remove it. I did that but when I got to that store— it was closed- permanently!!! So has to return home again with the security tag still in place.. so far I have driven 78 miles out of my way to have this resolved but it still isn’t resolved!!! So frustrating!!
