Vibrant Colors! Manufacturer Flub on the Sizing!

Vibrant colors - just how I expected. Unfortunately, it was much too large for my 5'4" 127lb frame and the length is longer than expected because of this. I ordered a small yet the label on the inside of the dress indicated it was a large (the outside ticket and label on the plastic bag it came in stated it was a "small!!"). Manufacturer flub? Already started the return process. Bummer.
