Dress over view

The dress color was not as pictured and it was too big for me.

NOT as pictured!!!

Color is more of a dark emerald green not even close to pretty aqua color as in the picture. Plus the neckline is completely different than what shown, the neck is actually rounded drop neck with NO tie on back of dress neck there are 2 eye hooks only. I even scanned the UPC on tag and it pulls up what is shown on website but that’s definitely not what I received. Will be returning.

Not as shown or described

I thought they shipped the wrong dress. The color was darker than shown and there was small hooks instead of the ties at the neck in the back. When returning it the saleswoman check the UPC on my return and the dress shown and described on line came up.

Complaint

Order said delivered, which is not true as I just talked to driver doordash Rafael, he said he could not enter the complex due to the gate. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that this happened. Why you do not use USPS or UPS anymore. Please credit back my account as I did not received anything. I will have to switch to Dillard's as is not fun to invest time in looking for what you want and then this. Thanks, Sylvia
