Dress is not like the picture

This dress looked completely different than the picture, even if you zoom in. It was a huge mess of fabric and was missing the belt.

Smells like perfume and missing belt

This dress is so ugly! The photo doesn't show it but it has gold lines running down the dress. It's missing the belt and stinks like someone else's perfume! There is no way this dress hasn't been worn before and what am I supposed to do with a FINAL SALE dress that is missing the belt?
