Beautiful shoes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these shoes in black online, and absolutely love them! The gold trim under the heel pad matches the shoe's hardware, and adds a touch of elegance. I was concerned they might be too matronly, but as I needed them for an outdoor lawn event, I decided to take a chance. The pointed toe is flattering, and the heel height is high enough to elongate my legs, and is perfect for my dress length. If you're not sure, go ahead and take a chance, they're beautiful and you won't be sorry!

VERY DISAPPOINTED

When ordering the shoes there was no where on the website stating that the sale of the shoe was non returnable. After getting my confirmation it was stated. So I didn’t notice the message for 3 days. Now if a product is all sales are final I would not have purchased the shoe. Received the shoe they are extremely too large. I’m stuck with shoes I can’t use. I’m very disappointed in Macy’s. I have never had a problem before.

Very pretty but ankle strap can’t be tightened:(

I’m looking for a pair of dress shoes that I could comfortably wear with my dress pants. These pretty shoes are dressy and are made with black leather and a chunky, medium height heel and just the style I’m looking for. The shoe size is correct for my feet but the problem is that the strap is slightly too loose and my feet slide out when I walk. They don’t have a buckle and holes on strap for me to adjust tightness nor is there any tension in the very short elastic on the strap to ensure a good hug around my ankles. So regrettably I will have to return them but I truly wish they fit perfectly so I could keep them.
