Love the color but disappointed

I eyed this blouse for awhile, so I ordered it. I first purchased a medium due to the reviews, it was too big. So I returned it and ordered a small, it was too tight across the chest, I had to return it. I have other Vince Camuto tops that fit just fine in the small, this one didn't work for me.

Soo small t in the bust area

Went according to size chart . Too small in chest area. Maybe if the longing would have been a stretch material it probably would have worked.
