not a right dress for me

i had so much hope for this dress because the picture looks so nice, but i have to return it because the top is big and i don't like material ... i look big in the dress (i am 5'4 and 140lbs, ordered M one), i don't bother to reorder the S one to try out ... will go with another style with Vince Camuto brand, this one is not for me. I can not say i should or should not recommend this dress to people

Absolutely not.

The waist is too low, and the top is too big. The arm holes were very large, revealing my entire bra band and the skin below it. The first seam of the skirt was tight and cut in just under my belly, creating a definite baby bump look. It should flow over the tummy. Looks pretty in person but the least flattering thing I have tried on in at least a year.
