SHORT WAISTED! Does not look right.

This is a cute dress, but if you're normal proportions, the waist will be TOO HIGH and hit you well above your natural waist. Good for people with petite proportions, except then it will be too long. :-( Poor design. Too bad. It would have been a cute dress if it was proportioned properly.
