Never received. Was returned to sender with no delivery attempt. Very frustrating.

Nice skirt, basic construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the skirt is nice. However, the stitching of the elastic band around the waist is not great. I had to creating a blind stitch by hand to keep the elastic from flipping outward. If I had purchased this skirt at full price, I would have returned it.
