I recently ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately turned out to be too large. I was disappointed to learn that I could not return the merchandise, despite being a loyal customer. I then spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue, only to find that no one was able to assist me. This experience left me frustrated and questioning the quality of customer service I’ve come to expect from your brand. I would appreciate a follow-up to see if there’s any way to make this right.

Too too big

So sorry this was a final sale especially since I didn’t notice. The shoe great looking but at least a whole size too big!!!!

All Vince Camuto shoes are not created equal

I have purchased two pair of Vince Camuto Ballet Flats, size 7.5, and they have fit perfectly. I purchased these shoes, also in 7.5, and they are much larger than the other 7.5's, so much so that they are unwearable. I would never have purchased a final call item if I hadn't had some history with it. Very disappointing. Cute shoes, but I had seen no reviews stating that they ran very large.

Too loose on the sides

Be careful… if you have narrow feet these will fall off your feet.. I have a wide width and they are still too loose… makes my foot look too wide… so no side support…. Tied the shoe up with rubber bands to maybe help.
