Cute But Awkward Fit

the swim suit pattern and design is cute, however it’s a very awkward fit. My daughter just started wearing 2T size, and where the bottoms fit as expected (a little big because she’s got a tiny waist) the top is small and rides up to her chest. It looks bad, and she hates that she always has to pull itThis is always our last resort swim suit.
