Dress Shrinks

I thought this was a cute dress but I never got to wear it. I washed it according to directions and it Shrunk. It'a too tight in the bust, I even tried different bras, did Not help. It was a little shorter too, but that was fine. Shrunk and I could Not return it.

This was a really nice soft lightweight dress problem with me was that the size I bought was too large and I had to return it hoping to get a smaller size but they didn’t have a medium and the large was too big and the small was too small.
