Delivery issues

I ordered this colorful dress as I like the Vince Camuto style and was looking forward to wear at a event. Order was shipped with UPS SurePost and delivered to a wrong address ( imagine reciever even signed for it) . My address was correct in the order. I chatted with Macys customer service twice and finally was informed a photo of proof of delivery would be emailed along with contact #s. Email response was “ it was delivered and not entitled to a refund. “ Not even a contact # was included. Next I contacted USPS who said go to UPS. no help by UPS just more contact #s and more run around and automated responses. Finally called 1-800-289-6229 (Macys) and they have initiated a refund. There is still hope. Not sure if I any of my star money will be lost. I am a platinum member and buy all my clothes at Macy’s. I recieved a smishing email after the wrong delivery. Not sure if it’s correlated. I am nervous and anxious. Hope Macy investigates this theft. Thanks
