Disappointing!

The shirt we received was not Dobby as pictured; it is a solid medium blue shirt which was extremely shop worn. No plastic cover, no pins, etc. and smelled of an unpleasant men's cologne. We could not present the shirt for a gift; it would be an embarrassment for us & (surmising) Vince Camuto.
