Really comfy

Sorry I had to return mine. I just need the size 13 not 13M. That was my second pair, great shoes.

Bad delivery

This was one of the worst experiences with ordering shoes. That's why I returned. I literally was sent a shoe with a hole in it and worn to death in the black pair. I couldn't even stomach keeping the brown ones even though they were good looking. The fit of the shoes was off so I said I'll have to maybe try somewhere else or later. Totally hurt I had to drive over an hour and some minutes to return them.

Might have been nice had Macy's sent me a new pair

Some Macy's store in Houston Texas sent me a used pair of shoes. They were either store returns or possibly a pair that many people had tried on in the store. They were basically just tossed in a box with a bunch of misc. extra shoe department stuff. The right shoe has wear lines across its front and both have debris on the bottom of the soles. I wrote Macy's and did not receive a reply.
