Shoes fell apart

I ordered these shoes in Dec of 2023 and my grand daughter started wearing them in February of 2024 and it is now April and the shoes started coming apart from in the front of both shoes. These are not cheap shoes and I am very disappointed in Vince Camuto. I have been trying to see who can call and get a refund or try to get another pair and pray they hold together better than the first pair I brought.
