Floor Sample Sent?

Like the previous reviewer (Mady1) it appears that the shoe they sent me was a floor sample. It was dirty and the box that came with it was all dilapidated. Why Macy’s? What happened to quality control? I am very hesitant in returning this item to the store as there was one time a store associate asked me if I’ve worn it. So I called Customer Service and they, as always, were very understanding and apologetic of what happened. Great service as usual which is why I love shopping at Macy’s. I’m just hoping that this pair that I will be returning won’t end up in another online customer’s hands. I would recommend this product if it came New and unworn. It is true to size. I should have ordered my usual size 7 and not the 6.5. Maybe then I would have received a brand new pair.

So nice in yellow

Unfortunately these sandals runs small and narrow otherwise I would had kept them. Is for narrow and slim feet for sure.

Cute shoes

These run small and they hurt. I tried walking around in them but still didn’t give. Hated to return because I love yellow and wanted a pair. I would not recommend if you have wide feet.

Cute and comfy But.......

Shoes are very cute and comfy but they are not true to size. My heels hang off the back. I am returning them to order a half size bigger (91/2M).

Love these but....

I purchased the yellow shoes. I love the heel and look of this shoe. I was very surprised when I put them on, the strap was short which was odd to me since I have thin ankles. Also they were too small. Sad to say I returned the same day I received.

Very comfortable and stylish

Got the yellow mustard...beautiful!!! Tried them on..Very comfortable. With three broken toes on left foot, I must look for comfort 1st. I found it on these shoes. Very happy, I just ordered the red. They run 1/2 size big.
