Flimsy and arrived damaged

Read care and instructions right away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality product but I wish the care and instructions were more prominent because I unknowingly washed it with detergent when you're not supposed to.

Broke with normal use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3rd time we used this the stone was broken in 3 pieces upon taking the pizza out of the oven. 400 heat. Does not withstand normal use.

Broke within 2 weeks

Despite the poor reviews, I purchased it anyway. I have 2 other pizza stone and thought maybe the others didn't handle it correctly. This pizza stone is expensive and extremely fragile. It broke after using it about 8 times. Don't waste your money.

Disappointing

Followed the instructions as written. Upon attempt to remove pizza from stone, dough was stuck to stone. This pizza stone product did not perform advertised.

Villeroy & Boch Pizza Passion Pizza Stone

First time we used it, it broke. Followed instructions regarding preheating, cooked pizza, when we removed it from the oven, it broke.

Pizza stone

The first stone arrived broken, the packaging was poor with little protection. However, following my email a replacement was sent almost immediately with much better packaging. The item is a Christmas gift so hasn't been used yet, however looking at the stone I'm not convinced how great the quality is. I've seen other makes which are cheaper but look and feel of better quality. This stone was not cheap. Tine will tell if it was worth the money
